A recent leak has confirmed that the developers at Respawn are working on an Akimbo version of the P2020 and Mozambique. This could either be released as a Hop Up, or as a Care Package Weapon, or as a way to merge 2 weapons into 1 slot.
Dual Wield weapons have existed in Apex Legends, and are available in the R5 Reloaded mode, but they've only existed in the real game by cheaters and hackers.
Apex Legends has been testing new weapons within the game, including the Maelstrom, the Fanatic Energy Pistols, and now the Dual Wielded P2020s.

Legends with tacticals including using one hand can just hold two one weapons in one hand with a special animation

They’ll probably switch their tactical hand in and use it then go back to akimbo weapons. That’s all I can think of if it’s really coming. You’d still maintain your sights and all that but that’s it.

Idk how many people will see this but there's this glitch with the nessies in the firing range and at pylon on storm point where you can fly across the map. I'll put a 5 step tutorial below
1. Place an octane pad at the bottom of a slope
2. Drop the Nessie onto the pad and let it bounce a couple times
3. Break the pad
4. Place a horizon ult on the slope to pull the Nessie onto it
5. Walk over the Nessie in the direction it's facing and fly
