I feel like this will have problems with heat, so pre heating is a must but still to much heat loss. But interesting design for cold extraction. This is obviously a coffee nerds gadget

this would be great for carts with little means for plumbing!
This is a nightmare for cars, the work flow is awful for anything above 3 cups, specially while maintaining consistent temperature between shots. Even a Flair pro would be more reliable in this aspect. Also, there are tons of prosumer espresso machines that dont require plumbing at all, and you can steam the milk.

It's the form factor and pressure profiling that makes this interesting. Seems like a reasonable alternative vs something like an Aram but you don't have to fiddle around with the crank and you get a gauge.

It's a cool idea! It is possible to just run a line from a full size CO2 or nitrogen tank rather than using the 12g disposable cartridges?

What's the target market of this thing? It's nice and clever but the disadvantages of having the cost of the cartridges and the hassle of having to boil the water doesn't come with any advantage over a traditional espresso machine that might outweight those negatives.
Just like with manual espresso machines, what does this offer than a traditional machine doesn't? I love espresso as much as everyone else but I don't feel the need to take a portable espresso machine with me every time I leave the house.
