SO GLAD I watched this video, I didn't realize there were more cables in the bottom of the box!!! And you HAVE to have a POWERED usb A to use these if you don't have 2 usb c ports, yeah this video was a lifesaver!!! Thank you so much, I was getting so frustrated

Hello this product only works with laptops to my knowledge
Avoid this company like the plague. Company sent out multuple faulty units of Q2 and then does not reply to the support email you get told to contact. That's if you received the item as many people have not and have also been ghosted by them. Awful awful company.
glad I bought insurance then, I always buy the Asurion insurance in case of this type of stuff, I hope mine don't break
