My friend, I posted 9 months ago. Because of you I made it a point to jump rope 3 times a week for an hour. I'm nowhere close but it has proven to be excellent cardio

I know the feeling, my speed's decent but I look like I'm struggling. He just whips the rope through the air as if it wasn't there.
Practice and patience
It’s easier to learn than you think. Love jump rope. And I used to come last in races 💪
Learn to jump as the rope passes your head … close your eyes it’s all about the rhythm then practice hopping one foot at a time, master that then alternate for boxing step. For crosses cross arms as it goes over your head and practice practice and more practice
