  • One of my favorite hymns from the first half of the 20th century, newly arranged for six voices in A# major in True Intonation (Pythagorean tuning).
    This is not an annoying respelling, but an enharmonically distinct from Bb, A# major, one Pythagorean comma higher in pitch than Bb.
    This is the first time I am experimenting with quartertones which appear in the Bass part in each chorus and the Alto part in the final chorus with Cbb and Gbb respectively. These normally are too alien from A# major to be coherent in a diatonic framework, but I think as non-chord tones, passing tone dissonances, I think they work just fine and give a finer grain of pitch than people typically hear, without sounding out of place.
    If you look closely in the Bass part, in the chorus with the words "all that I do", there is an F triple sharp, being the augmented sixth of that chord, targeting the G# in the next measure, though it first briefly returns to the A# root, then slipping down to the Cbb quarter tone, then finally landing on the Gx, the 7th scale degree in A# major.
    More important than all the musical intricacies, are the words. I hope this video is a blessing to someone to put Jesus Christ first in your life and hold his words in the King James Bible in your heart.
    A=432 Hz
    All the glory goes to the Lord Jesus Christ.
    If you do not know the Lord Jesus Christ personally through his words in the King James Bible, if you have not been saved, according to the words of God. Do not wait, look these verse up online in the King James Bible (no other version), read, believe, and heed what is written with all gravity.
