Very pragmatic video, thanks Bert!! A lesson "senior" developers have learned, that ties in with your comment regarding "knowing the system", is "everything is there for a reason"... I've seen juniors come in and rewrite huge chunks of code because the current code "looked wrong", and in the end, they achieved naught. I loved this vid, thanks!!!
If I may request something for the future... Trace flags. There's just so many, and knowing which ones are really useful would help a lot.

Found just stories in all videos. normally we watch video tutorials to understand practical stuff otherwise theory we can read from some web page(s).
Too much theory and no practical my friend !!
