  • In this van life episode, we spend a day in Arches National Park. This place blew us away! Arches and sand fins, followed by cast iron skillet cooking. Thanks for hanging out with us!
We hike the primitive trail through Devils Garden. Here is a link: www.nps.gov/ar...

Fun! Moab is one of my favorite places to visit. It made me smile seeing you guys take in The Devil’s Garden. I was in awe by it too the first time I visited... so it was so fun re-living my own memories as I watched you guys enjoy it! Thanks for taking me along!!

We loved Arches. Hoping to return with our RV someday. Yes, it does feel like Mars when you're walking around these red rocks. So many great arches. We loved the hike to Delicate Arch. We went to Canyonlands for sunrise, it was amazing. Thanks for bringing back great memories. 👍#6

How was the hike to Delicate Arch? We skipped that hike and opted for the view point from down below. It looks awesome!

@@workingforthevan9280 We started early in the morning so it wasn't too bad. We love hiking and enjoyed it very much.

Arches reminds me of Sedona, AZ. I guess the fins and arches, and sandstone generally, has less iron in it, so it isn't as red as the buttes in Sedona, but this video makes an old Sedo-Nut like me miss the desert. But wow, Utah is beautiful. Incredible, really....

We haven't been to Sedona, sounds like we have to put it on the list! Utah truly is out of this world isn't it? Thanks for watching John!

@@workingforthevan9280 I lived in Sedona for 8 years. It's definitely a stop you'll have to make. Most people fly into Phoenix, drive to Sedona, up into Flagstaff, then continue to the Grand Canyon from there. Sedona is 4500 feet, Flagstaff 7200 feet above sea level, so it's not as hot as people expect. You can live there for a while yourselves in the van. I'm now outside of Denver, CO- love the west. I sure hope you'll be back on the road and back out here soon.
