trying not to eat unhealthy is not easy, i manage to go gym 6 days a week, and try to go from 4 meal to 1-2 meal a day, i get cranky as fck, but after half a year, seeing ur body looking better is totally worth it. Keep it up. also u get less cranky and less lazy as time go by.
