i was so surprised fonally a game included fat people. AND the fun part is I already found an OBESE NPC xD really cool game so far

There's also the upcoming Dune Awakening and Terminator Survivors games this year also...
They all shine in different aspects too, really a great diverse bunch of games!
@@captain4318 I am playing them all! (Once Human demo is out tomorrow!) and I also love ICARUS and Valheim and also looking forward to Dune! Enshrouded is probably my favorite atm there is just so much questing to do and I love the building and farming. Which is your favorite survival game?

I'll give some credit to Minecraft, the game which started it all for me. The whole exploration and building and redstone allowed me to spend 100s of hours perfecting my world. It's a simplistic when you look at it for the first time, but man it goes deep.
The Long Dark is amazing and very immersive.
7 Days to Die is a must play too. Janky, got my gripes with the decisions the devs have made all these years, but definitely worth playing!
And just like you, loving Enshrouded at the moment. Just got into it recently. Few games in this genre scratch the same itch as building in Minecraft did, this one does it even better in some ways!
And ASKA has a demo now too. They had one during the last fest too, but I missed it. Very curious to check this one out myself. Looks solid!

I have this Anti-villainous character that I can barely use anywhere due to her complex nature, looks like I actually found a game that would fit her extremely well to roleplay.

Also you spawn randomly in the world when you start your character. I started on a Beach. You started in the Jungle? Interesting

You can tame them and use them to do your bidding.

Is this a game that you need to spend hours mastering or can it be a set and forget type game? Think zelda botw vs Pokémon type challenge? It just changes if I watch the gameplay vs get and play it myself.
The game lets you make your own sever for free and then you can adjust how grindy you want it to be, you can also customise how tough the enemies are, xp gain speeds, etc. Beyond that it depends what sever your playing on.
It's a pretty good "Just log on and mess around for an hour during the weekend" kind of game the UI is a bit messy compared to many mmos but it doesn't take too long to understand properly and popup is very responsive to just quickly skim through info.
The game starts with a tutorial as well, and it give tidbits of info about new stuff when you level up (suggesting boss fight at level 20 for example). I got a few 100s hour and figuring out taming was definitely the trickiest part because you don't just run up and kidnap a baby with a button prompt like most games, and fighting with NPCs being dumb thirsting to death or burning because they sit in a fire you need to keep burning to not lose your base
are the worlds dedicated servers when you play with others? Like can your tribemates play when you aren't online in the same world?
IF it is a Dedicated Server then they should be able to play without the Admin being online as long as the Server is Online.

Pretty good looking game
Great single player game still needs work for group play as having to kill the same boss over and over again so everyone can unlock the mask skill gets old quick.

Is in the game an option to make the mask invisable ?
Everything in the game looks awesome, but I just don't like the mask .. it's similar like in other games, I don't like helmets and hats that's the reason that I never wear them.

Is this game coming to console in the future?
It's fun, but I think it is needlessly complicated and tedious. Crafting things takes way to many steps with pre-processed components and there are simply too many recipes to keep track of with too many buildings to build to craft specific things at. also, queing up and waiting 15 minutes while stuff crafts is boring, and making work tasks for tribes mates is very frustrating as they are so stupid that every task has to be perfectly planned out for them or they will get stuck and not do the task.

I recommend checking out KiahOnFire. She does a ton of Soulmask videos and she is amazing. She's been playing since the beta so she already knows the ins and outs of the game.

As much as I keep seeing CZcamsrs talk about how great this game is, it still only has a "mostly positive" on Steam. Which really isn't all that "WOW" for a game.

It's a good "game starter overview" but this isn't a review. Still I gave you a like as the video was worth watching.
Nobody seems to mention animations when they talk about this game, they are a bit stiff, the arrow doesn't even come from the middle of the bow in first person. Poor guy flexing the wrist when cutting wood, etc.
The combat is not Souls-like, just because it is action combat, it doesn't mean it's Souls-like, I wish people stopped throwing that term everywhere.
The systems and the crafting though seem rather fleshed out, it is clear the devs have played many survival games, they have thought of a lot of annoyances and have improved upon a lot of features from other games.
I like the mask mechanic as well.
The combat is not souls like? Party, dodge, kill shots, backstabs. So you mean souls like lmao
Like I said just because it's action combat it doesn't mean it's souls-like. Souls-like combat has very precise timing: if you don't dodge within a specific window inside the animation, the enemy will track you and hit you anyway.

I've found the survival base building light enough to engage in the rest of the world too. I spent most my time exploring and the fact you can automate basic tasks like gathering materials and crafting means you can just play it like an adventure game if you like. Though tbh i enjoy each aspect.
I feel the opposite. I collect survival/base building games (to an embarrassing degree)
I, also, am the opposite. My reservation is that I don't have a lot of time to play too many games these days and wouldn't want to invest in building up only to have someone come in and wipe my progress out.
