Another great interview Lubna đŸŽ‰â€â€Š. Everyone has a culture and ethnicity nationality
. knowing the difference and how to apply those is life is the main issue
.most people have a religion
but I find alot of people let culture override their religious beliefs which is a major issue especially if you are a Muslim or christian or a Jew
. Because that means you are putting your god/God second to what you choose and this is very common in all faiths
eg I’m no longer a christian but still believe in the Tanakh/Olde Testament only
. I struggled for many years with the christian concept of deicide and that their god is human and a son of
. This person reminds me of me I was always throughout life searching for the truth in the faith I was raised in
but like in other religions Christianity doesn’t allow you to question most things because you are raised in a belief system and a denomination which means you must believe what you are taught otherwise tou are seen as a non believer or not a member
christianity as in church denominations have members and you can be kicked out of your denomination or church is you break rules or don’t agree
I agree with the interviewer Bart
Erhman is amazing at explaining the truth and real origins of the christian faith
back in the day I used to listen to Deedat too
😅

Great conversation ! Thank you both ! It's not as much as they are consciously cherry picking the good sides of religion and ignoring the bad imo, they're not immune to feeling hypocritical, but rather they assume that their religion is as good as their own conception of it, it's projection, the less they know the more they can persuade themselve that it's not so bad, it's true for any faith. About France, the ban is restricted to public schools only sadly, I too don't know for sure if that's the way to go, I wished we didn't had to come to such extremities, restricting rights is always a defeat but it's the Republic's duty to provide children with a neutral environnement where they can exercise their critical thinking in a sanctuary where at least a few hours a day, they're protected from religious influences and can start looking for who they really are without being constantly reminded of their supposed allegiances, that's in theory of course, because when the school's bell rings, nothing is forgotten and a few steps outside the school's gates, the veils are blossoming once again. đŸ˜„

In the UK freedom of religion has been a basic civil right for centuries and to be respected by all - and there's absolutely no excuse at all for any UK residents not being aware of this. Therefore, an individual's decision to get shot of islam should not require any 'bravery' whatever since it only concerns the individual in question and no one else. So why is there any problem here unless there is a particular issue with this 'religion' and its disciples being fundamentally incompatible with UK cultural standards and civil expectations? If that were the case, why did disciples of this 'faith' invite themselves to the UK in the first place when they should have known there was mutual compatibility problem; and why are genuine UK citizens with historic backgrounds in this country expected to tolerate these people when their attitudes clearly suggest they've never belonged in this culture from the start and never shown even the slightest intention to respect it ?

The only way to learn the absolute truth is to learn about what the actual holi personalities of all religions say and accept what they all agree on, not just accept the word of one man who never even wrote down a single word in his life and whose closest follower refused to bring kalam, ink and paper so he could have his final instructions written down. Those disobedient people could have made any changes in the prophet’s teachings that suited them as quran was written several hundred years after the demise of the prophet.
In contrast the sikh gurus have collected the writings of muslim sufi saints, hindu saints and six sikh guru’s writings and compiled Guru Granth Sahib ( the sikh holi scripture). Guru Granth Sahib contains writings of 36 individuals from different religions who speak unanimously about the creator and how to connect with him, therefore has to be the absolute truth. If 36 scientists agreed on a concept it would be accepted to be the truth. The good thing is sikh religion doesn’t say this is it, all. It says there is no end, therefore leaving room for future revelations.

From the perspective of someone who is not Muslim but from a Christian background. Though i don't follow Christianity, but yes i do believe in God. I often feel that the Muslim faith comes across as more "strict" than other faiths in terms of questioning it which is maybe why it gets bad labels and comes across as very extremist. I believe this is because the individual does not seem to have na choice to think for themselves between what is right or wrong. To not follow was will be frowned upon. I thought Abdul made some great points about humans following emotion and not logic. I guess that's what makes us human right? I also thought he made a great point about people finding what they see fit from scripture. It's very much what I thought in terms of any belief. Any belief you have, go and search for it and you will always see it from that angle. Same as news stories or research. A very insightful interview 👏

I question whether or not many Muslims study the books of their own religion. I also wonder why people allow Arab folk-customs
to intrude upon their own many centuries-long culture and tradition.
" *Qur'an only Islam* " The Qur'an is not ordered chronologically. It is ordered based on the size of the chapters; with the largest
chapters at the front (beginning) One needs the professional clergy to decide what are the newer vs. the older verses of the Qur'an.
In Islam, earlier verse are *abrogated* (i.e. made null and void) if those chapters/verses conflict with the verses from later verses
If one does the research and finds out the chronological order of the chapters; the information in the chronologically-arranged
chapters becomes more violent as the chapters are written. Most of the peaceful chapters taking place when Mohammad
and his followers were weak and in need of help from the Jews (Yathrib/Medina) and others (Ethiopia). The most violent are
from the end of Mohammad's life where he is cursing Jews and Christians (who, obviously rejected his message)[1]
Once Mohammad had power, he turned on those who formerly supported him (citing their dislike/"treachery" towards him).
Ditto with his first wife's uncle; whom he ordered to be executed, because the uncle criticized him (Mohammad)!
    _____________________________________________
    1.) *Judaism/Christianity and Islam*
a.) Judaism considers Mohammad to be a charlatan who (managed to get it right regarding one god) and who betrayed
    the Jews of Yathrib/Medina.
b.) Christianity (of the 7th century/eastern Roman empire) considered Mohammad to be the leader of a heretical sect
of Arian-style heresy; with Syriac Christian hymns, folklore and non-scriptural Christian literature/fireside tales popular
during his time thrown in for good measure.
*There has been evidence (from research) that leads some to believe that the Qur'an was originally written in the Syriac language,*
*NOT Arabic.* See: "The Syro-Aramaic Reading of the Koran: A Contribution to the Decoding of the Language of the Koran"
by Christoph Luxenberg (2007) Originally written in German/Germany as "Die syro-aramÀische Lesart des Koran: Ein Beitrag
zur EntschlĂŒsselung der Koransprache (2000) by Christoph Luxenberg.

Reminder, like the past: don’t let Muslims take control of your channel today or tomorrow
.
You can’t expect yourself to have followers instantly, you grow it by making content for people to like/ curious about , it will take some time, but you will be able to get some. Quality!
One of the first people I followed on CZcams was in Muslim woman, they descended her down, her channel later on

Now she is not longer active!
They took her down like you take an u a young apple down from the tree!

      @scarlettkhan9667 Pƙed 28 dny

FGM is more cultural (Africa) it’s not followed by other areas of the world.
Circumcision is meant to be healthy and is practised by Muslims and Jews.
A friend of mine worked in a hospital and said alot of non Muslim men (uncircumcised) had a lot of issues down there. I think infections and cancer/tumour or something.
