Today we have brought you a best budget double storey home with elegant interior. The planning for making this home is really appreciable. Exterior look of the home is made elegant with show wall which is also pillar to the porch.

Now we can explore this beautiful home. First on the front area we see the sit out. Moving on we see a living cum dining. In the dining hall, we see a wooden table with chairs. Next we checking the living area.
The washing area is having a simple basin with a glass mirror. A warm L E D lights is given here. Storage cabin is available under the basin.
Now we can check the bedroom. See the bedroom arrangements. It is the only bedroom in ground floor. Next we checking the common toilet
Moving to the kitchen we see the modular kitchen with electric chimney . A small dining table is available here. Kitchen leads to work area where a traditional oven is available.
Checking with the first floor, The stair rail is made is with glass and wood. Left to the first landing we can see top view of dining space. Moving on, we see the hallway.
Checking with the bedrooms, we see similar to previous ones. Bath attached and ceiling work is available.
On the fourth bedroom, we see a double cote bed and dressing area. Also it is a bath attached room. This is the balcony area. View from here is directing to the road.

House is good... Only problem is that the dining table should have been set at the place where the living area was set.. It would have been more elegant... Coz when someone comes its difficult to eat or serve food as kitchen and dining is at a long distance + the wash area is near the living space..
That's the only drawback of the house.. Otherwise it's stunning... ✌️👌😆

Built up area 1750 sft and plot area 10 cents. M pretty sure something is wrong in this . 10 cents must mean larger outer space. 1750 is including upper floor?
