Megaminx Tips: Tips to be Sub 1 on Megaminx! (Tutorial 2023)

I have been practicing a bunch of megaminx as of recent, after 3x3 being my only constantly practiced event for the past SIX YEARS. Here are some tips to get to sub 1 minute on the megaminx, with my friend ‪@JavaCuber‬ who is a good bit faster than me. Enjoy!

I have a competition where I have one chance to get a sub 1 minute and 30 second average to qualify for US NATionals. I currently average 3 minutes and 30 seconds and have to get to my goal within a month. Do you think I can do it? I'm going to grind super hard day to day. Any recommendations?

one thing about the yuhu is that it is too tight for my liking, so probably loosen the screws by 3/4 of a full turn, it really helped my yuhu become faster and more flexible, and im too used to gray instead of black, and other megaminxs porbably wont have black, so better get used to gray
im trash at cubing, only started 3.5 months ago, started megaminx like mid September? my pb is 2:55min
