Technical wise they are there, youre correct but in hospitality courteosness and communication they need to do something because just like Kai Tak Hong Kong, i experienced this phrase " i dont know english " whenever me my family and friends asked for assistance eventhough they are communicating in English 😯😢😦😟🙆🙏 BUT in KLIA i have different experienced altogether.
Singaporean here! There are people who actually hang out at the airport. I understand that other airports in other countries is a nightmare to be in but we like to chill here and see the planes.

Went to Singapore and luckily we landed at terminal 4 and it was a fantastic experience, we nearly missed our flight because we toured t1 to t4.

1 year ago I was flying back to Zurich from Singapore and was sitting next to a guy from a Swiss company, which manufactures the cleaning robots for T4. Was quite an interesting conversation.
I'm from London and I found Toronto airport quite nice. They had similar automated baggage technology for quite some time now. I do prefer the toilets in London that have the sink, mirror and toilet all in one private stall instead of shared space.
@@runningfromabear8354 I used to be from London - my experience with both Heathrow & Gatwick is that they fall far short of the standards of most airports in the far East.
Several times when I was these airports, the toilets in these airports don't even have any soap.

The country is beautiful, clean and very organized... the people are polite and helpful also... hopefully we can comeback to enjoy more tourist spots we havent visit before... awesome trip!!!👍👍👍

There is no doubt that the Changi Airport of Singapore is the one of the best airport in the world.
Terminal 3 is nice too. You can watch free movies at their cinema if you fly Singapore Airlines. They have butterfly farms, koi ponds. Yeah was also given food vouchers for the cinema. And of course the lounges are as good as anything in the world. It is one airport where one doesn't have to spend all their time in the lounge.
Isn't it the best? I've just recently been there and frankly, I'm amazed at how cool and tidy everything is.

It's like a mix of the automated airport from Munich and the very well decorated international airport in Mumbai.
Great airport on this massive scale. The smaller airports can be more simple and easy. For a large airport, it's very difficult to do the same kind of simplicity.
The airport in Singapore is well connected to the city, which is much better than in many places, where one has to buy expensive shuttle buses to get to the city.

This is a very nice airport. Dubai has the coolest bag handling system though. But this terminal 4 looks beautiful. I would want a long layover just so I would have time to spend at the airport.
nope, T4 ain't for layover, it's more for terminus travel. (aka to and fro travel, no transfer)

Changi gave me the best experience during immigration- it took only 1 min to proceed and the checkout during departure was more comfortable! Definitely would love to visit Singapore back when the pandemic will be over. 💞 From 🇧🇩

I spent like 4 hours in this airport alone because my flight was delayed.
Normally we felt bore in an airport
But for me I felt like if I could spent some more times there because everything there is so neat and clean.
The best thing I like was they have passenger review kisoks in immigration and also in toilet which is really very unique and new to me (idk if any other airport have this or not)

1992? It has metamorphosised into something else. It's no longer a building where travellers congregate, it is now a living organism. Wait till you see the Changi Jewel, which is also at the airport!

I went to jewel for the first time last year, I love it, I’ve not taken a plane before, yes I live in Singapore, I taking flight in June 2020 and so excited to take the sky train to look at the attractions within the terminals.

This is a great testament to Singapore's success. Recognition, acceptance of the countries ethnic, religious and cultural diversity will always create a deep cohesion of its inhabits. Thereby, creating enormous political and economic success. The Trump Administration should take note of Singapore's great success.
I may have not travelled to many countries but having to have travelled to 17 countries, I honestly can say that Singapore airport and the immigration is the most efficient. Really the best in the world.

About 17 minutes in they use 3 Kinect cameras per luggage bay to identify the right size luggage.
to be frank, they had been using the Kinect for development works since the days of the 360s...

The best thing about T4 is that I don't need to take out all of my electronic products when I am in the security check.
Go to America .. Everything is still "Manual" .. Labor intensive .. Can you believe that? This is the 21st Century already !

It's very nice. Singaporeans are spoiled. It's quite long quite the people movers are very efficient. Kinda like a higly automated shopping and entertainment hub with a lot of greenery for an relaxing nearly idyllic experience. Very fast immigration and security checks as per usual.

WOW! I want to fly into T4 when the pandemic is over. Changi Airport surely looks like the best airport in the world. This is from my humble observations from traveling to 50 countries and at least 100 airports.

For 7 years I have lived in Singapore and on my last year there I am lucky enough to experience the highly advanced terminal 4. Our Toronto Pearson Airport is also pretty good.

I was on a stopover at Changi in 2001 - even then I was bowled over with how beautiful, as a garden airport, it was. I sat drinking tea amongst the orchids and rich vegetation waiting for my connection.
