Just snagged this "illegal" little beastie for cheap from an Aussie.
Stoked how good it sounds; the bass-end isn't as solid as the OG but it is better for parallel processing now due to the extended high-frequency range of this unit vs the old capacitor-laden originals. No need for running an entire drum bus or whole mix through it in series like you're Mad Professor in 1975 all over again either, heh.
Thanks for your comment, however, phase shifters don’t produce low end, they only spit out & affect what is put into it.
This video really soothes my baby son, now need to find a unit for sale…

Very nice. There's someone who does a comparison on CZcams with an original Mutron version and it's simply not comparing apples with apples or giving the new unit any tweaking. It sounds amazing. Plus comparing an old unit to a brand new all fresh capacitors version is never going to really work either. Thank you so much for sharing.
