For your FPS issue, it could be an issue with your monitor settings. Sometimes mine will change what my monitor is set to, and Vsync being active in game will auto change the FPS to match. Check if your monitor is forcing your refresh rate lower sometimes.

Getting 20 second LT timer is absolutely insane at just 3 minutes into the game! I normally get such amount on Nocturne around midgame toplane fighting frequently!

you need to use DP port if you're using HDMI the max HDMI can go to is 144fps.

It's pointless to use unlimited FPS, because after like 120 the human eye/brain doesn't see a difference and LOL doesn't even provide such dynamic ;).

That is completely false. Why even bother talking about something you don’t know anything about? You can notice a difference between 30, 60, 120, 144, and 240. Even 360 hz you can notice a difference

It isn't completely false and I know what I am talking about, so why even bother responding when you don't know! The game doesn't have the dynamic for more than 120 HZ!!! There are applications that can provide better experience and LOL is definitely not one of them! Waste your money on 1000 Hz if you want :D. Gullible people are the best customers for cash grabbing companies! The exact same marketing is happening with the high contrast monitors!@@Ash-my4gf
