T is one of the most consistent Links in terms of how he plays neutral. I think if he just practices his bomb set ups and bomb recoveries more for those larger scale plays and mix ups, he could make it really far.m
I love it how T spams Links bair and nair with shorthops to make Link seem so fast.
I swear T's link is flawless in everything except bomb play. His bombplay is actual ass, but once he learns that, I swear he's gonna have a breakthrough in tournament.
bronx zoo he should use the bomb a little more, at the very least to bomb jump and help his recovery.

@@Lychee1235 Yeah, but recently he has been using bomb loops and has been labbing bombs, so that would change soon.
I wouldn't say his link is flawless
He starts with Bomb now, in the last tournament he destroys Mr.E with the Bomb loop 3 times

T is really good at playing the neutral with Link. Imagine how much farther he can get with Link once he learns how to perform Link’s Bomb setups and Bomb recovery.
Bomb setups are really useless though, unless in certain situations at the ledge in certain MU’s
@@gameandflogchannel Useless? They are very effective at edgeguarding, ledge trapping, and stage control. Tell me how that doesn't make them useful
JohnKnight416 stage control is very situational and only if the opponent is already in disadvantage. Ledge trapping it’s useless. You’re better off holding shield, throwing out nair or trying to read a jump or a roll. Edge guarding is the only real practical use for bombs, but even then it’s situational depending on the MU. For example against Wolf it’s a viable option, but against Palutena it isn’t
@@gameandflogchannel Of course your character's tools won't always be as effective with some certain characters as well as they are with other character, which is always the case with different MUs. But that doesn't necessarily mean that those tools are completely useless. Link's bomb can hardly ever be consider useless due to how much versatility it offers.
salem plays his neutral with a lot of emphasis on bomb, and he is able to consistently pull off a lot of interesting things with it considering how versatile it is

The bomb is overrated. That's why T has done better than any other Link to date. The bomb is a recovery tool.
