I'm fairly new to this channel and had been wondering when a Basso would appear. My first road bike many moons ago was a Basso Diamante but this was back when 2 x 8 gear syatems were cutting edge and disc breaks were not even thought about for MTB's so this one brought back some good memories.

I am curious to how to dampen and protect the cables and hoses for internal routing with Campy 12spd so they don't hit the frame and make noises over rougher terrain?
This bike was really easy to assemble czcams.com/users/postUgkxMesz3KOGEmwmvyKQfLfrRSUXLFzfVHZA and required very few adjustments out of the box. The wheels did not require any truing/adjustments. The frame had some small scratches, but nothing major.I did replace the seat though - the seat it came with was very uncomfortable. The tires need to be re-inflated every 4-5 days, but this appears to be quite common for the narrow 700x25 tires.Overall, in my opinion, this bike looks and rides like a much more expensive bike.

It's 12 speed. Only the gravel group set Ekar is 13sp.
I do not want to throw away the rubber bands that wrap the tires provided by P-Zero. so any idea for use???
You can wear them as a bracelet, I think that's what they're meant to be.

@@mikempasketakias7240 It was a joke. Every spacer has Basso on it and the stem has Basso on it. In my opinion its a bit much. The bike has Basso all over over it. No need for it.

sorry to miss the premiere...Gee , I have a suggestion. When your man uses the magnet to snake the cables through the frame , wrap the end in a cloth to prevent scratching ? I cringe at that .
The tool has a soft plastic tip, no cloth necessary.

Bolt on chain...its a joke...chain must be removed to be cleaned or waxed everytime you need, bolt not aloowed..just power link
Also, Campagnolo's chain pins need to be peened after driving them into the chain and not all chain breakers can peen the pin. (one of Park Tool's can)
