Arminia Bielefeld were threatened by relegation from Bundesliga 2, so the assistant coach did something incredible before their match with Braunschweig - a speech that tops Al Pacino legendary one in Any Given Sunday! The result: The team went on to beat promotion candidates Braunschweig 6-0 and leapt from 17th to 15th. One reason why it was so motivating was because it was sent to the wives and girlfriends of the team before the match.
