Actually, it was not a pool's scam.
This is how Brazilians play.
Dude, i like your videos, i am brazilian, but some notes on this video:
- The banana guy was not scamming, he was selling not 1 banana for 10, it was the whole banana bunch, which has 5 or 6 bananas in it.
- The "lady" was not offering massage, she/he wanted just a train ticket.
- The guy painting the street has NOTHING to do with China.. they do this since always, it's just what is done in every city in Brazil since the 1800's.
- Sometimes you see some bad sh*t that you have plenty in USA, but label it as ''third country".
- The pool game was NOT scamming too. games can have different rules in different places. you can check other comments about this too here.
No hate, but you just need to have a little more tact when interpreting things in the countries you visit.

The rules for pool are a little different here in Brazil.
You play evens vs odds. On your turn, you got to at least hit one of your balls(even or odd), or else your opponent gets to put one of theirs in the hole. You mustn't let the white ball end up in a hole. The 1 ball must be the very last ball to go out. If either player(or team) puts this ball on the hole while there are other balls in the game, they lose immediately. The team that eliminates the last 1 ball wins.
I dont know how different is it, all I know is that it is. Sorry for any confusion.

The way is played here is different. We play Sinuca, not 8 Pool. We use even and odd, instead of solid and striped. Also, the 8 Ball, that you can only pocket after you pocked everything, is actually the number 15, that was "missing". It only comes to the game after someone pockets all their balls. If you pocket the 15 without pocketing all your balls before, you lose, like on 8 Ball...
Also, if the white ball doesn't hit any ball at all, or hit a ball from your opponent first, or you pocket one of his balls, you lose your turn and he can pocket "with his hands" his lowest value ball
