Little embarrassing but we are adults .. these steps.. although they should be a given get lost in the business of day to day life .. They work.. it’s shows you take the time to appreciate her and love her.. I will say I used these steps and it’s been a dramatic change.. it’s not like we are engaging in sex everyday but the level of intimacy has gone through the roof.. She looks to cuddle and be held.. She has been the one now returning messages back and it’s like a new spark of being young.. We know we will see each other at some point in the day but it’s awesome to get the text saying she can’t wait to cuddle up and watch a movie or whatever the case.. It really is great advice and has helped me and my spouse rekindle after 20 years!! great ,simple and almost common sense advice . Thanks!!!!

We’ve been in dry-dock almost two years now. First it was my bad hip, then it was (and is) her heart. She had surgery last month if it works maybe in another two months or so we can try. I’m afraid to do anything that may disrupt her healing and recovery...and alas that includes kissing her flower.

Focus on loving you. Focus on you. Dress up and feel good for YOU and take yourself out on a date. Don't be dependent on him to make you feel good. Make yourself feel good and you see he starts noticing you and wanting that kiss. Maybe you could say it... but say it in a way that is not needy for it... you don't need it... you woud just like it, feel sexy and sensual when you say it with no expectaions of him actaully doing it. You don't care if he does it or not. Say in a place of not needing it and no fear of rejection, if rejected you don't care "it feels so good when you passionaltely kiss me, the feelings through my body just feel so exhillerting" or however it makes you feel. If he did the simple task of listening to me and doing my simple requests, I might feel more loved, listened to and in the mood. I am not going to force myself to just let him do as he pleases.... I would like enjoyment from it and to feel loved. So... up to him if he will finally do the things I tell him. Yes... he probably does feel stupid because he knows what he can do but he doesn't do it or can't be bothered. Before we got married he said he would have paid me £1000 for sex.
