There are two reasons for this problem 1. May be any one motor get damaged, 2. May be your gimbal s neck become loses, you need to tight neck screw as shown in this video.( Your gimbal settings May be different ).

When you switch on With out mobile it start vibrat, first you attached the mobile and balance the gimbal after that you should switch on the gimbal.

I think you have not followed the instructions. Looks like you tried the Gmbal without manual balancing.
