Norm has so many amazing instruments there, and even more stashed away no doubt, that he should have a studio for making music videos in the back. He could rent it out, allowing artists to use any instruments they wanted to use, without having to freaking BUY them, but still Norm making a living and getting to keep his instruments. If the artists really REALLY loved the instruments, then they might pay Norm's fair market value price for one of a kind priceless instruments. "Anderson's TV" channel has become a big hit, but Norm has more VINTAGE instruments, which is bait to attract talent........!
