15 dead in Humboldt Broncos hockey team bus crash

- There were 15 fatalities and 14 injuries confirmed in a bus crash involving the Humboldt Broncos junior hockey team's bus and a semi-trailer in Saskatchewan.
Update: At the time this story aired, the death toll was at 14. It has now risen to 15 after one of the injured passengers died.

The entire hockey world was shaken to its core when this news broke.... There’s no one that’s not affected by a tragedy like this. My thoughts, prayers and tears are with families, friends and the beautiful community of Humboldt.... I have ties to Allan, SK and know the exact highway.... May all the deceased RIP.... My heart goes out to those families. I’m from Johnstown Pennsylvania and my hockey team called Tomahawks they held a Canadian flag with the team they played and they sing the Canadian national anthem. Also played a little slide show and I cried

I’m from the area and saw these guys all the time. I worked out with many of them in the gym located in the same building as the arena. It’s crazy to wrap your head around the magnitude of what has really happened to the team as well as the community.

Very sad, one of the players that passed, lived in my town, Lethbridge, we know his family and pray every night for the family’s of the lost, injured, and the dead. I am so glad to be alive and I am thankful for everything I have, amen🙏🏼
