The kitchen is from WWII my grandfather had one and a 5-10 gallon water container. He later use the 5-10 gallon water container for his live minows when fishing when I was a little girl. I really like your van setup simple n clean.

If you will get the bag for the BougeRV 23QT Refrig/Frzr it definitely helps. We have this. The bag will help your Jackery operate longer. BTW, the MAX mode (45Watts) will use more energy than the ECO mode (36 watts). I see you discussed not having the bag. You might find it still helps even though you are in the northern clime.

I have a 50 liter refrigerator and it uses about 45 watts running on eco mode if I keep it running at 32 degrees in my home it will run about 2 1/2 days on a 500 whr power supply too. The best thing is put cold stuff inside not warm and to keep it full how in some water bottles or whatever to keep it full. Have fun stay safe.
Great video Nancy I actually really like the color of your refrigerator ! I have the TMP40C4 20 quart 12V fridge with the fitted thermal cover it really does save battery in the summertime . I have the yeti goal zero 400 lead acid solar battery the cool thing about this battery you can plug additional batteries into it so right now I have one battery chained to it for a total of 66 amp hours I have one more Port I can put another 33 amp hour battery on. At 66 amp hours I can run my refrigerator 3 maybe 4 days in the summer time depending on temperature but I think that really cold weather affects your battery performance as well maybe it depends on whether you have a lead acid lithium ion or the newer type batteries. I have a scooter with a lithium ion battery and I noticed when the weather got cooler I couldn't ride it quite as far as when it was nice and warm outside what temperature didn't seem to affect my lead acid battery in my solar setup as much. Anywho thanks for sharing !

when you can could you do a video on how to cool your vehicle down? I made a home made air conditioner from a video on CZcams but the ice didn't last long here in Atlanta ga now will be homeless in Florida LOL

I don’t have any air conditioner, ideas, per se, but what I do is just make sure I have my USB powered fans going inside my vehicle to move air around and out. a lot of people use spray bottles and spray themselves down arms, chest neck, face, whatever, and sit in front of a fan to cool your body temperature down. At night time, you’re gonna have to make sure you get some stretchy windows screens that fit over your windows, I don’t know what kind of car you have, but look for them on Amazon, and make sure you have your fans going on inside your vehicle. you might need a power supply to run them all night. But you would only need a small one. Nothing crazy sorry I’m not more helpful in this department, I live in Michigan, and I don’t really suffer from that extreme heat. Hope this helps! When I bought mine, they either had black or white. And then the silver reflect on the other side. I chose the white. They are expensive, but they are worth it.
