Fun fact about the second game, in the old days, miners would use birds in cages as a way of measuring the air quality of caves. If the bird died, that meant the miners had to get out as they could suffocate.

Toy Story 2: Crazed collector steals toys and puts them through horror by a 'cleaner'.
Toy Story 3: Insane toy with abandonment issues tries to have other toys killed over jealousy.

Toy Story 4: Old doll with scary dummy henchmen tries to fix herself in order to get an owner.
I didn't like toy story 4 to be honest but here it is
A sadistic doll constantly tries to take woodys heart basically
Holding forky ransom at the end, forcing woody to sacrifice his heart
If Sid didn't know the toys were alive is it really sadistic? Lots of kids break their toys to learn about thing and experiment and practice creativity with them. I think some of the makers of Toy Story said Andy was unusual for not doing that.
Basically ‘cage head’ is the embodiment of old mining stuff, even down to having a canary in that cage of a head, any other ability to breathe around it you’re getting dizzy is because of carbon monoxide that it emits. Very nice monster, and unless you had something to do with mining or just happen to know random facts like that, the monster itself wouldn’t really make much sense.
When the third game says the holy corpse: IS THAT A JOJO REFERENCE?!

Can I take it then that you will be playing "A Tale of Paper" when it drops the 21st? It's a Little Nightmares style game that is like Little Nightmares and Paper Mario crossed universes. I'm going to get it and stream it. :)
Explanation of pickaxe guy: He is a miner who died in mine which was built over to be a subway. The bird is a canary which dies when sulfur or carbon is around warming miners to leave but he didn’t make it. He is using sulfur or carbon to incapacitate the people on the trains and kill them. Idk why though

Okay, a bird cage for a head, bird noises from who-knows-where, a pickaxe and something affecting your breath? There is clearly a miner involved into the background story of the second game. Maybe if the developer(s) take(s) another two weeks, we could get to see this VHS tape.
And about the third game: I've literally watched MatPats video about Local58 earlier this day XD
But I agree: Can't wait for the first one to be finished!
Edit: Found Alex Olinkiewicz in the comments. He is the developer of Cage Face (RG2) and wrote that the VHS tape is part of the original game. So that's that ^^’

That first game Keep Out by WeaverActive really does look like a Toy Story horror game.
We do see the Monkey from Toy Story 3 and the Babyface from Toy Story 1 looking nightmarish.
Also MatPat (Film Therory) did theorize that Toy Story may or will lead to a war seeing toys who would not stay taking care of there kids, abandoned and forgotten, also having thoughts like the Blue Bunny and Yellow Duck from Toy Story 4 thinking how to take out the elderly lady.
My theory is that this takes place after the events with humans not like who they use to be, animals becoming vicious protecting there owners, even that police officer finding that guy in the middle of nowhere aware of the location.

I see the lore now. The *toy* is actually a king and in the cardboard city says "False King" so I guess you were put in treason and abandoned due to maybe you putting everyone in danger in the kingdom

Keep Out heavily reminds me of Little Nightmares. The camera angle, the surroundings and the character being a little boi are some examples.
Keep out is hecking beautiful though.
