Incase of transfer from one state to other for eg: Gurgaon (HR) to Delhi (DL) Road tax pura claim hota hai ye fir jo jada ya kam hai accordingly proceed karna hoga ... eg- HR ka road tax 3500 hai or delhi ka 3000 to bike owner ko 500 milenge ya fir pure 3500 and then 3000delhi mai pay karne honge ??

Sir I brought my bike from Karnataka and I registered in Andhra Pradesh and now they are saying (in Andhra Pradesh) that I can't get HSRP (high security registration plate) as now the rule's are changed police are putting huge amount of challan on our bike so now how can I get hsrp for my bike... help me out!
You have to get the number from the dealer where you purchased the bike or you can self register on website myhsrp ,it will help bro ,for motorcycle it's gonna cost 450 rs and you will need to send a registration card photocopy

I read somewhere that time period differs for different t states.. for some states you can ride bike for 3 months without paying road tax while for others it can be one month too

Your video is informative, but kya app faltu ki bate na karke wo 2 point explain karoge, changing the state no, and same no paying the tax. And what will be the estimated cost. Soupose mai Maharashtra to West Bengal change karna hai
After paying road tax, you have to apply for re registrations within 30 days. So I'm not sure your second solution is plausible.
Yes we do get 30 days in hand,so before going in that process one should literally be sure

I have few questions regarding the same,
1. As you said there is no need to pay road tax for 1year. I want to know from when this duration calculated (from date of registration or from date we came to new state)?
2. If I want to use my bike in other state for 3years. In this case do I need to pay 2years tax for new state and at the same time have to pay tax in my home state? If I'm wrong please correct me.

@@tarunmalla2138 if you are going to reside in the other state on permanent basis then you don't have to pay the tax for 1 st state but you need to obtain the noc from.the origin state and then you need to submit in the current state rto and your number will be changed ,and In that interval they will inform you about the basic charges.
Bhai how do u prove a traffic police as to when did u come to the new state with the car ? What document I need to have to prove that I came to this state with this car on so on so date. ?

Bhai uske liye authorization paper banti hai jo ap court mai banwa sakte ho kisi notary se 200 rs ka kharcha usme apke papa ki rc ki photo copy aur ..Unka sign attested form mai lagega then you are authorized to drive that vehicle anywhere no one will harass you

Yes bro first of all you have to get a noc from the state where it was previously registered then you have to apply fresh to the state in which you want to apply then you have to show the noc and then they will charge the road tax according to the state rate in which you are applying and this is how you gonna get your new RC no

I have taken NOC from my home town DTO 3 months back but not yet taken my bike to the city where I have transferred it to and now I have changed my mood and keeping my bike at home. Is it illegal? Or I need to do anything?
If you have taken the NOC then that means you have completed the half process so it's better to rush to dto office and cancel your noc...so that you don't get trouble with future problems

Hello sir In that case it's not worth taking a noc if you will be in kolkata for maximum 6 to 7 months ,it's better to ride your bike like this ,only keep the current documents up to dated ,that's it

If you gonna ride or cross your native state frequent in months then you don't need noc as you can show them your petrol pump filling slip and puc that you are not here on permanent basis

Hello namaste ,as you said you want to buy a second hand bike ,and then you want to shift permanently ,in this case you have to first transfer the bike ownership name on your name ,as you are the 2 nd buyer and when it is transferred on your name ,apply for a NOC from WB rto and then move to Odisha rto where do you want to shift for permanently basis ,I hope this helps....
Bhai i'm planning to buy a bike from Nagaland and then i might move to Mizoram very soon .. so instead of falling in trouble with NOC can i just ask them that i want to use the NL state numberplate and i'm ready to pay my RT for mizoram. Will they accept it?
Instead of that if it's really urgent then buy a bike from Nagaland ,get the temporary no and move ahead to Mizoram where you will be shifting ,but before that ask the showroom guys that do they have any source in Mizoram who can book you Mizoram number,if they will yes then only move ahead,or else buy s bikr from mizoram

I hold liscence of Karnataka as I posted earlier there, now I have moved to pune for 9-10 months. I have all the documents, do I need to pay life time tax for these 9 months to drive here in Pune.

Noc is only for the purpose when you have to change the present number but as you don't want to drive as you are driving ,staying there for 3 to 4 year there doesn't make a sense

Maine April me apni bike Kanpur se Hyderabad transfer karwai, kyunki mere hyderabad me koi permanent address nahi tha to maine apne friend address diya, but NOC milne k baad pata chala ki broker ne meri bike mere friend k naam sale kar di hai. As I say I have my own bike which is registered in Mumbai. Bike documents RC, Insurance, puc everything is ok. Now I am moving to Uttarakhand permanently and also as well want to keep my bike in Uttarakhand.
So can I drive the bike permanently in Uttarakhand with the same documents ?

1. Let's say i purchased a bike in state A today, can i get road tax after 1 month or is there any minimum time limit ?
2. If i purchased bike in state A and paid all the taxes there and now moved to state B and as you mentioned to pay full road tax in state B without changing registration no of state A, will eligible for refund of road tax from state B if i move back to state A?
Hello brother sorry for the late reply as I am travelling there is one more thing which you can do ,you can buy a vehicle from state A and can get it registered in state B ,as you will get temporary number which will be valid for 7 days I guess,but do talk to rto official about this.

First the the name will change in rc,you have to get form 10 A,from rto then only you can get a noc and then you can change the state no to different state number

Brother I have a bike with Assam registered no. now I am transferred to Westbengal for 2 years. I dont want to change my registration no . So how do I pay road tax of west bengal? Can road tax be paid online? whats the procedure? Please let me know
Hello brother in that case I would suggest you not to pay any road tax as you are not shifting to west bengal on permanent basis,I am soon going to make a video about it so stay tuned about the procedures

If bike number is DL123 yesaa kuch mai odisha state pe launga bike bcz mai odisha mai rehta hun . then kya process hai woh number DL123 se OD123 ho sakta hai , yaa fir kuch formalities hai yaa aor kuch ?

Ha problem jab Kavi fix na ho ki ap kitne mahino ke liye ja rahe hai toh NOC na hi karaye,ab jaisa ki Apne NOC Kara Liya hai toh ap Kahi ke nei rahe ,yani ki apko turant Dehradun rto Jake apna NOC cancel karwana hoga,tab apko uske Baad koi problem nei hogi
Sir , I purchased bike in Haryana for job purpose,but now I want to transfer it West Bengal in my home town,but main problem is that I don't have enough time to avail NOC from haryana's district RTO. And buke is just 6 month old.. can u suggest me what's the procedure..?
Without noc you won't be able to change your number in west bengal one ,so if you can do that or get through some agent then it will work for you

@@devjeetgorai6329 aanh if that's so is the case then I guess it's better you drive your bike with the same number plate ,now a days this things doesn't come in frequent and if you are not staying much in Kolkata then it won't even concern you most.

Hello, I was trying to do interstate vehicle registration from Hyderabad to Mysore. The RC card of my bike was taken from Hyderabad office while giving the noc certificate. I have a original registration certificate with me but. Is the RC card needed for the process?
I guess if you have got the NOC..then you can freshly apply in the district which you are opting for they will need the NOC..and when you get the fresh rc then I guess your ex rto will demand this rc or it will be canceled so keep it with you right now...they will ask for it later....
@@sauravG but the RC was take from me aldready while applying for noc from Hyderabad and when I went to the agent here he is asking for the RC card . What do I tell him .
Yo show him the NOC...and the receipt which you have got from your existing rto....

NOC bike transfer karne k liye liya tha UP se Bihar ka, tin saal ho gayi hai... abhi tak registration nahi ho paaya ... kya mai ab new RC banwa sakta hu Bihar mein ... ya mujhe NOC cancel karwani paregi UP jaake
Noc cancel karwane ke liye 6 months ka time hota hai ,avi maan ke chalo ap kahi ke nei rahe ,avi apka jo Uttar Pradesh ka number hai voh bhi valid nei raha ,ap jaldi se pehle apne bihar wale rto mai Jake number register karwaiye,kuch rupaye fine lag jayenge ,par koi nei ,,voh thoda achha kaam ho jayega apka

bhaiya maine 2 months pahle Patna(Bihar) me bike li h aur ab mai apne ghar Giridih(Jharkhand) me hi permanently shift hone wala hu..to mujhe bhi NOC karana hoga kya ??
