How will the RTO officers know if the vehicle from other state is staying for less than 12 months or more than 12 months??? How to prove that vehicle is in the state for less than 12 months? Lets say if i live in a border area and frequently travel in both state then in that case what are the rules?

@@mvikailash Yes Sir, but what to show to the rto officer to prove that you were less than 12 months in that state. There is no clearcut guideline on this. In some states, rto just harrass people if the vehicles is from other state. I have shown tolls reciepts but still paid 500 rs in fine if you know what i mean😊.

1. If loan is there on the 2nd hand car from other state, is it possible to get NOC and re-registration in new state with that loan in running?
2. Model is discontinued, so the other company model with same cc which you will refer will be the cheapest one or the average one, which range car you will consider, it will be base model which you will consider?
Sir you may first get consent certificate from financier to issue NOC then you may apply for NOC

Sir i have purchased vehicle from Delhi to hyderabad in August 2022 and i have received NOC in November 2022 and i have tried to Re-Register but some state issue in NOC. RTO office district difference vehicle is not register and after 6 months I have lost the NOC and vechile is caught by VCR inspector in August 2024.
Sir please suggest me how to apply NOC with change of RTO.
Sir there is no expiry date of NOC.Once issued noc you may forward to another RA otherwise apply for cancel to whom RA issued MOC

Hello Sir, Thank you for such a detailed explanation, I wanted to know that If I Purchase a 2nd hand car from Gujrat and want to get it transferred to Rajasthan then I need to follow the details you explained in video, but what if the model I am purchasing is not available as new car in the market, how tax will be calculated, I mean if car model I want to purchase is last manufactured in year 2013 and after that no new model came into market and even car company also shutdown. Please explain how I can get state transfer of CAR and RC in this case. Thank you
Sir if vehicle model is outdated we consider price of first same manufacturer same cubic capacity vehicle and manufacturer not available we consider similar cubic capacity vehicle of other company
