Man they did Post dirty on this one. Hes an incredible singer and they put some crazy autotune and a playback louder than his mic. Let the man sing! We actually like it when artists actually perform their songs.
I think he did himself dirty. He obviously has a lot of creative control over his performances, and the production of his songs (it was super auto tuned for effect on the record, after all).

They put auto tune on every single performance and recording. Sometimes it is just more subtle so that it can't be heard without a trained ear but it has become the sound of pop for the past 15-20 years. It would sound "wrong" itlf it didn't have at least a lit auto tune

Many of the modern signers now are fantastic but no one can perform perfectly in tune all the time, not even the greats of the past, and things like auto tune are used are used to fixbthose minor issues. However, what most people think of as auto tune (Think T-pain) is an exaggerated use of the software and is meant to be an effect to make it sound more robotic. Also, it is important to remember that even before auto tune there were all sorts of tricks used to correct mistakes so even the favorites of the past "cheated"
You can tell Post Malone puts his heart and soul into his music and he will always be the best in my book.

Its acctually a very subtle auto tune and that not what your hearing. Youre hearing the exessive amount of vibrato and temolo he puts into his vocal technique. Thats the way he sings. The wobbly notes at the end of every line.
