We are home in South Australia for the next couple of months. While were here we are changing over the old Mitsubishi Triton for a new Next Gen Ford Ranger. We are so excited with our new towing vehicle.
We also do a couple of caravan renovations. Chelsea makes some new curtains and we install a new Breville Oven / Air Fryer.
We will be home in SA until mid March so we appreciate your patients on video uploads. We have a lot of car mods to do before we get moving on the road again.

Congratulations on your new V6 XLT
Like you I have purchased the next gen Ranger Sport V6 to tow my 2.5T 19’6” Millard. I get around 17-18L/100km. You’ll find that you will tow at a faster speed (100-110km/h) which doesn’t help fuel economy 😬. It is a fantastic vehicle you’ll love it 👍👍

Like watching your vids, my wife and I travelled Australia for 4.5 years in our 25ft. caravan so can relate to many of the places you have visited. Incidentaly, we live very close to your home address.
One thing I am very disappointed in though is your choice of vehicles. My grandson works for a dealer who sells Fords and boy the troubles and problems he tells me. But I hope that you have a better run than the average, so, good luck and happy touring.

Your new Briville Oven, I think it needs an air gap around it especially being in a caravan, we've got the same one at home and I think you're find the instructions say, 4" on the sides and 6" on the top as it gets extremely hot in use. Keep up the great CZcams.
Hey Paul! Yes we will keep an eye on that. We do have an air vent at the back and a lot of room around the sizes (inside the cupboard). Definitely keeping an eye out when cooking though

Hi guys, the caravan is looking great for its age, ours is 1998 and we don’t even have corrugations over here just cold, wet and damp. Chelsea the curtains are amazing looks so much brighter, are you thinking same sort of colour for sofa. I love how your street looks like a street off “neighbours”. Our friends emigrated to Adelaide from 💩🇬🇧. Have fun with your family and look forward to seeing more of your adventures.

Great vehicle. We picked our new Ranger up in December. It is an excellent vehicle, tows our off road coromal with ease. I’ll be fitting air bags with an onboard compressor sooner rather than later.

@@rodmclean655 Sure Rod, it’s an ARB, they mount it behind the boot liner in a cavity.
Interested to see how the ute goes, will have to update the old Pajero one day.
Like the microwave, could be essential van addition if it does all that.

Congratulations on the new Ford. As we don’t cook in our van I think I would have mounted the new microwave in the Ute canopy with the option of running it through an inverter (if you have enough battery power) or 240 volt. Just a suggestion. But we’ll done. Keep the videos coming.

Hey guys, good to see a fellow south aussie living the dream. I am looking to upgrade to the same ranger and am just wondering if your xlt has the touring i think its called pack were you get the brake controller fitted etc and can adjust it in the settings of the stereo i think.

Congratulations on your new car! 🥳 It's always so exciting to get a new car and you can't beat that new car smell!
We have the same Breville air fryer and I can confirm it cooks sourdough beautifully. I have a roast chook and veggies cooking atm. We've had it for about 12 months and have had a cabinet built in the van kitchen for it to live in. One thing you have to allow for is a certain amount of space around the whole unit, otherwise, we've been told it can become a fire hazard. Our plan is to use it outside when we are air frying or roasting - won't be as hot in the van too. 😊Enjoy your time with friends and family and of course the free camping!

Hi guys, interested to see how the microwave goes as we have had combination microwaves in our caravans before and had issues with thermal overheat when using oven settings. Think it was because of the enclosed fitment.

Love the new car. For your information, the glue from the hot glue gun may not hold when it gets warm in the van. I've used it for a few things and it didn't hold.

Looks epic guys! How bloody good is a brand spanking Norweld canopy. You will never go back! How did you go with your GVM on the new Ford when you're towing? I was looking at this yesterday and having trouble making the numbers work stock when towing a big van. ☺Cheers.
