    Excellent presentation by Dr. Rubinstein. He clarified a lot of things for me.. One thing I noticed is that there was no mention of the use of Dexamethasone in maintenance therapy. Makes me wonder if Dex is even necessary at this point (I'm almost 2 1/2 yrs post SCT, still in Complete Response with maintenance of Ninlaro, Rev, Dex). This may be a case of the negative side effects (no sleep on Dex day!) outweighing the benefits. I'm going to ask my oncologist about it at our next visit.

      I'm almost 3 years post SCT. I take Darzalex and Pomalyst and have taken any dex since a month after SCT.
