- Hi guys! This week's video is about bullet journal spreads that you can use to grow in your faith. I have used all of these spreads in my own walk with Jesus and it was so rewarding to put this together so you all can hopefully use these spreads too!
I was speaking really quietly in this video bc I felt awkward about talking to myself around my roomates jasldkf;kas;dfj so please ignore that lol
The process I was referencing in spread #6 was the CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) record, which my therapist had me use. The spread was my own idea!
