The cup turned out beautiful...but what was really impressive is how you used that glitter and and your work area didn't look like a unicorn exploded on it. LOL!! THAT...IS IMPRESSIVE!! I thought for certain it would happen when you brought out the big jar f glitter...but nope! LOL... Great video!!!

    • @MissKissKreations
      @MissKissKreations  Před 2 lety +2

      This protects the glitter from moving around when you apply the epoxy. You apply the epoxy with your finger, this causes the glitter to move around. Unless you use a spray sealer. The glitter is on the tumbler with the mod podge but not sealed or stuck on the tumbler.

    • @allijmccoy
      @allijmccoy Před 3 lety +1

      Yes I need to know this!! I watched Jennifer Maker-or something like that-do the “lo-tech” way...meaning just a pvc pipe with 2 small foam footballs on the ends, sitting in a box. She said the 1st 30 mins you must turn it (she said babysitting it) slowly but steady.
      Then after that you can turn it a little and 2-4 mins come back keep rotating and make a full circle every few minutes. Then after that you can do it 2x hour and by the time ur at the 5th hour you more or less don’t have to turn it. Unless u notice dripping still.
      Idk I’ve never done this. Never made a cup becuz it seems uneasy, even tho most videos Ive seen they make it look easy. And very time consuming. And I’m not comfortable using resin inside my house bc my son has asthma. But if I could figure a way to just use mod Podge and a sealer-like polycrylic or something but nothing that most use up tot the lip line. (For me and my fam.)
