' VICE ' recently did an expose' on college & university admissions. They interviewed ten senior admission officials regarding how they 'pick & choose' new students. One official summed it up perfectly. She said, " after the legacy entitlement students & 'institutionally entitled' students, you might have 4 or 5 places left for new students... ". That's both deplorable & disgusting !!

It's hard to hate a young girl who had her life destroyed by parents that were supposed to be helping her on the right path. You can tell Olivia wasn't interested... she celebrated her sponsorship and was excited for her line to be a part of Sephora... meanwhile her mother insists that "she has made a *small* business for herself" among YT (2 mil subsribers among sponsors is not small).
It's absolutely heartbreaking to witness a parent undermine their child's hard work and success... and to throw it all under the bus for a piece of paper.
I'm not a fan of hers, but I'm disgusted by her parents.

Unfortunately these kids mostly go on to thrive in ‘their real world’. Because they come from money, their lavish lifestyles make them ‘celebrities’ with sponsorships and then they marry money. It’s a cycle we’ve seen again and again.

Harlow was just bullied n messed with after posting that story. Girls even showed up at her house. They threatened her to take down the video n she stood her ground. That was the first video I watched of Harlow n felt super empowered that this beautiful girl stood up for herself n was accurate on wat she said n y she made the video in the first place.
The cheating to get into college may not be the only thing, they need to look into whether or not if these kids were even doing their own work once there. Did they attend classes? Did they take their own tests? Did they do their own work? Were they paying off teachers? Were they paying students or others to do their school work? If you couldn't fill out a college application, how could you do the work once you were there and pass? Did they cheat just at college or did they cheat at the other schools they went to?

William Price of course they cheated from elementary all the way to college. Can you imagine if they put them in a middle school classroom do you really think they would know what the teacher is even talking about? No, of course not because they cheated their way since grade school. The parents are at fault not the kids I’m sure the parents were the ones with the idea not the kids but I could be wrong what do you guys think? Olivia even said it in her videos that she doesn’t care for school and she barely went to class so the schools they attended should be looked into now!!

Ok now they are reaching. Filling out college applications is hard, most students have help. It's part of a guidance counselors job to help students with their applications. For those who can afford it there is a whole industry around applications and essays because of the competition. Just like people who can afford it use resume writers. With the essay writing it can be "tricky" because people get a lot of help. Technically they wrote it, but after all the changes... How much help is too much? That's what makes kids who do the work truly on their own all the more impressive. The issue isn't who filled out the application, it's all the lies on it.
I remember watching Lori oldest movie Called RAD, and now it is SAD that her courier is going down the drain and has to face the consequences.

When I was in the 7th grade, I woke up at 5:30 am, traveled one hour to school, ended school at 4, sometimes stayed after school till 8 pm for clubs and committees, traveled 1 hour back home, and finished 5 hours of homework. (Sometimes I finished it on the train or at school) and then practice the violin and piano

parents fill out college applications all the time. my mother filled out my sisters college application, told her she was going to college, dropped her off at her dorm, and drove off. but then again it wasn't a top college and she didn't take her sat's for her or bribe coaches to get her in...

My daughter went to one of these ritzy schools (on scholarship, we're not rich), and hardly NONE of these kids fill out their own college applications. These parents dictate every minute of their kids life, and control them with Iphones, and BMW's for their 16th birthday. I'm not judging, I'm just saying it makes a lot of the kids MISERABLE, and honestly, I feel SORRY for them. Every kid, no matter how privileged, wants their parents approval, and when you feel that kind of pressure, it screws with a kids mind.

Beautiful mom, Lori seemed like a lovely person, woman. The daughter was pretty but you can tell...she wanted her looks, fame to live on. Corruption of wealth.....corruption of youth letting your kids choose, no choirs, no discipline, no sweat and tears, no failures no self earned success..... This happens in poor colleges too right now there is a student who didn’t show up for 3 midterms in the 9 months expand of classes we had yet she is graduating with me and by law at my college you are not allowed to miss quizzes midterms and finals or make them up! The funny thing is she is WHITE so I believe it’s white privileged and she has gotten away with missing school leaving early getting low in exams grades and some how the coordinator gets into her grades and she ends up with 90% like me it’s not fair to the rest of us who are there everyday and do our work and study to pass our exams!
