  • Not many people have heard about snail caviar, these little and mother-of-pearl balls that have become a luxury product. However, haute cuisine is very interested in it and many famous chefs in Spain and from other parts of the world are already using them as an ingredient.

      @@robsonwilianwinchester9726 I havnt tried either but I know sturgeon caviar is salty, but I’m pretty sure that’s added salt. So I think that it doesn’t have a noticeable taste and they just add a shit ton of butter cause there french, or it just has a flavor like snails which taste like clams or muscles
