I can testify to the greatness of this recipe! I used butternut squash as I had no pumpkin - no time to shop when I landed on this video on Saturday. I shared the chapatis with lots of neghbours at a street do and they loved them! Thanks so much Faddy, you saved me from taking my usual bland chapatis. Never knew of the pumpkin recipe. PS: my blender was DEAD but I managed to use a hand mixer and survived. Wangaaaaala maaama!
