- Aaliyah and Kinza teamed up to prepare the day's meal. It is baked potatoes, vegetable salad and a juice smoothie. As a chief taster, I was amazed and blown away. We resolved to do more of these cooking episodes to improve on our craft. Video shot by our phone camera and edited by yours truly.

On fruits they have different vitamins according to their colours that's why its good to mix them. Like red fruits have irons, yellow have vitamin c and A and green ones have folic acid this is all good to balance the nutrients. Faridah give them assignment to learn more and potatoes we add oil because it helps in absorption of vitamin A in found in potatoes. With out oil in potatoes you won't get vitamins A but only carbohydrates

The meal was healthy, Baked kamonde looked nice, then the Salads they prepared it in a clean way including the Juice.... Hygiene was on 99.9% big up and well done for the simple Health meal

You can add unsweetened yogurt or lightly sweet yogurt to the smoothie.
You can avoid added sugars because the fruits you used have alot of natural sugars . Always avoid added sugars and too much salt .
