Agamemnon:"And that's how I died. What about you, Odysseus?"
Odysseus:"Actually I'm still alive."
Bro got killed by his son from Circe
Cassandra is such a tragic character. Cursed by Apollo with foresight yet nobody would believe her simply because she rejected him. I never knew this was how she died which makes her story even sadder.
Not to mention she was sexually assaulted by Ajax the Lesser during the sack of Troy, in Athena's temple no less. She took refuge there to pray for protection from the Gods.
@@DHKAMITY Well, that's what she gets for rejecting Apollo.
@@DarthDread-oh2ne🧐
She should have foretold the opposite
@@thesilverbeast6092yeah you have a point it could work.
The Odyssey (Odysseus)
The Oresteia (Orestes)
The Aeneid (Aeneas)
Titular protagonists
The Greek heroes after dying terribly: Maybe we shouldn't have thrown Hector's son over the wall.
I was waiting for his tale we know that Troy fell but I didn't know too much about the aftermath of most of the Greek heroes. Also I feel sorry for Cassandra at least she's free from her nightmare
@@bisolaadebija1511 even if she did accept him it would have ended in tragedy. we all know romance with a God leads to trouble it was pretty much a lose-lose situation.
Part three of the trilogy.
Part 1: Trojan War Saga
Part 2: Odyssey

Troy: Ahh, vengeance is sweet. Let's be honest, he had it coming.
I hate Cassandra.
No, he didn't. Troy had it coming.
@@DarthDread-oh2newhat did Cassandra do?
@@ecurewitz She promised to be with Apollo in one of the versions but went back on her word.
@@DarthDread-oh2ne she didn’t deserve to be murdered by strangers
The Oresteia, alright! So what's next after Oresteia, The Aeneid?
Honestly, after kidnapping the Trojan women and children and throwing Hector's kid over the wall, the Greeks deserved these terrible deaths.
cry
no. don't compare nowadays to back then.
You inspired me to love history
You guys are amazing
can’t wait for the rest love greek mythology
Achilles has always been my favorite Greek legendary hero flaws and all. At least he felt remorse for his actions compared to some that did whatever the heck they wanted.
Didn't he ordered the Trojan Princess Polyxena to be killed in his honor? He felt sorry for killing Troilus and Tenes?
I swear, 90% of Greek mythology happens because Gods aren't good with rejection.
I have been waiting you THIS ONE!!!!
THANK YOU!!!
KEEP IT UP!!!!
Thanks for the video
NO SACRIFICE NO VICTORY
I'd feel bad for the guy... Except I don't.
Clytemnestra is almost sympathetic, at least until to see what she tries doing to Orestes and Electra
Her son Orestes killed her.
@@auto952 so?
Actually she wasn't.
The scary fate of the Oregon Emmons here in death within one

When you doing Aeneid or a Video about DarDanus?!?!?!!???
What Kratos in GoW game do to Apollo, he really deserve it.
That was Helios, not Apollo
@@jessicalulila5709 same dude, it's Like Jupiter and Zeus.
@@DarthBodya HUH?! Since when? Helios is the Titan of the Sun, Apollo is a Olympian God. These two are *different* deities and Apollo doesn't even have a roman name
For the Trojan war, it looks like no one really won.
I read Cassandra was killed by the son because of what was done to his father
Where did you read this from? Not gonna lie, but I feel really sorry for Cassandra. She literally did not ask for that. I feel like most comments I’m finding they’re all blaming the victim.
I don't think so
I hope Agamemnon
Was Avenged Apollo is wicked though don't like
What he did to Cassandra
He definitely was.
Agamemnon deserved every stab for all the crimes he comitted throughout his reign and pre-reign. House of Atreus was doomed after all.
And the Trojans weren't?
For all the crimes they committed as well?
Its a tragedy dude, it's meant to teach us about avoiding these behaviours
What are you talking about?? Agamemnon was no worse than any other hero.
@@ThePaganSun exactly, they all had pretty bad flaws or mad bad decisions
Wait the prophetess had to run in to see what was going on?
According to the "Agamemnon" of Aeschylus, Cassandra had a last vision before she entered to the palace. She KNEW that she would gonna be killed and could not avoid it.
The only satisfaction for her is that she will be avenged and Clitemnestra would also die by her own family
I'm in love with Aphrodite, Persephone, Athena, and Hera.
FINALLY the continuation of the legendary/infamous House of Atreus! 🙏🏿
Not die from war, but your choice family

Here's a funny video idea how about you make mythology what if basically the stores in mythology if but what if they took a different turn
Like for example the story of Hephaestus trying to sleep with Athena but in that what if he would have gotten her pregnant

All the kings that participated in Trojan war end up dead except Odysseus.
Menelaus and Diomedes didn't
If anyone in the entire Trojan war story got a deserved fate it was agamemnon
No, it wasn't. Troy had it coming.
Agamemnon was a hero of Troy he sacrifice Ifgenia because the gods and goddess requested it because 🎉🎉Agamemnon slayed one of Artemis deers, and to sail to Troy he had no choice, Clymenestra, Helen of Troy was the reason of the terrible fate Paris committed against the goddesses, Athena had already seen the union of Helen and Menalous, She chose Odysseus after Telemachus birth to go and battle in Troy, Clymenestra had 2 more children she did not have to Slay Agamemnon. Agetius wanted to b Agamemnon, her and her lover deserved death.
Me thinking about how my namesake went out sad for no reason when she just tried to help 🫤...
