    Roadie brings me about a 1000 a week in my transit connect. You can either crack the code or get left behind. This morning order stacks average 150-200 a morning. The morning stack tio came from this page and last week I made 1800$. 1200 was just roadie. Everybody can play the game but not everyone gonna be a superstar.

      @@ToddRogers00 I do all my own repairs. Spend about 80-100$ weekly on fuel and work 5-6 hours a day as this is part time thing I do.My full coverage insurance is 90$ a month and I’m only referencing roadie. I’m on other platforms. I bought both my vans for 1400$. The one I’m using is my 15’ that I finished first but needed more work. Van was up and running with inspection passed for right under 2400$. My 16 will be done for around 1500. Even with this week being super slow if you know what you’re doing you can flourish. I’m only on 3 apps currently. Not everyone is built to hustle. I know a barber that’s making 800$ a week and I know another that makes over 100k. You just gotta figure out what works for you.

    I agree about Roadie's selection algorithm. I was in the parking lot of a cvs and still didnt get the order. its takes about 5-6 tries before you get one every time.

      Location is important but if a driver has great stats(5 stars plus 100+ huge Home Depot deliveries. ) He may be further away but the algorithm will give that driver a better shot. Check your roadie profile to see how you stack up.

      On my 2nd try at getting a gig at a TSC. I was literally in the TSC. Submitted my offer waited 15mins. the gig disappeared. I thought how could someone else get the gig, so I asked the Mgr. if they canceled the order. He checked his computer he said "No", and he check to see if someone was assigned, and no one was. At that time it popped in my phone again. Waited 15 mins. again and it disappeared. Mgr. tried to chat with Roadie CS, that failed. He tried to call, wait time was too long. The gig popped in my phone a 3rd time, but after about 15mins. the Mgr. could see it was finally assigned, to someone 30 miles away according to his computer. Frustrating to wait over 45mins. to get an assignment. What's even worse was it was to deliver in an area where I live.

I think I really could’ve did seven that day but I will had to do something so I stop requesting jobs.

  • @giggeezer

    Problem is you've got people in Kia Rios, Ford Aspires, and Honda CVICs, and mom vans claiming they've got the correct vehicle for orders that are clearly meant for large pick-up trucks and sprinter vans. Very, very common occurrence.
    Roadie needs to do better; that is the least of their concern. Not to mention, many of the stores only care about moving the inventory.
    Is there a science to stacking orders on Roadie? No. It's all by chance.

    • @Ridesharfacts
      @Ridesharfacts Před 8 měsíci

      First off all at least drop facts I have a cargo van and a suv I also have general contractors license now well over 20 years I said all that to say this I can look at objects and tell how long or wide it is with that being said 90 Percent of the times at pickup the store associates have the complete wrong dimensions in the app it is not roadie at all if they put hey this is 20 inches x 10 inches I’m literally expecting a damn shoe box vice versa I’ve ben told hey I have a load for a cargo van and show up it will fit in my damn truck those people need more training and damn sure need to learn how to read a tape measure

    • @Ridesharfacts
      @Ridesharfacts Před 8 měsíci

      All this did was let me know u are green and cleary don’t know who’s putting in the dimensions the store associates are putting the dimensions in the damn computer not roadie I’ve Ben to store many times when the order is claiming is 30-40 lbs and it’s actually wayy over 300lbs all I ask when u speak please know what u are talking about drop facts not bs

    • @giggeezer
      @giggeezer Před 8 měsíci +1

      @@Ridesharfacts If you're saying that I'm green, I've been on the Roadie app since 2018. It may be that people at the stores enter the wrong dimensions. But far too many times a common complaint made by the stores is that folks will show up driving a vehicle that is not capable of transporting the items.
      You've got people in those vehicles going after dollar amounts without making any effort to read any of the dimensions -- ah, but they claim to be driving the vehicle capable of transporting those items. And I've seen it first-hand those same people walking back out of the store empty-handed. It's a frustrating reality.
      So yes, Roadie needs to do a better job. If they can make drivers take selfies or at one time scan their driver's license, they can do something similar as proof that someome is operating the correct vehicle for the items to be transported.
