I have watched numerous videos and heard many reports about how terrible these shelters are. People have complained about leaks, rust formation in less than a month, warped doors, and several other issues. Considering the amount of money one pays for these shelters, one would expect a lot better quality.
Long time ago the government handed out nuclear fallout necessities and plans for homeowners to build backyard bunkers. They gave out grants for people to build the bunkers. We were a much more informed society back then.
You know having a survival shelter company is one of the best gigs out there. Either you build a bunker and the end never comes and it doesn't matter or the end comes and they die in your bunker. Either way they aren't asking for their money back.

@@godarck Всё зависит от ТЗ. За ваши деньги - любой ваш каприз. Если нужно - привлекут настоящих военных спецов, сделают проект со всех сторон правильный. Я сомневаюсь, что такие убежища проектируют для защиты от близлежащего ЯО. Там просто нет "достойных ЯО целей" в ближайшей округе. ЯО слишком дорого, чтобы применять его направо и налево. А вот от обычных бомбардировок, или ещё чего - вполне себе можно будет отсидеться. Особенно, если оружие есть внутри.
В принципе, в США можно купить и бывшие военные объекты (те же выводимые из эксплуатации шахты МБР с инженерной подземной инфрой), и обустроить их. Их выставляют на продажу не так уж и редко. Там уровень защиты, и продуманность проекта изначально будет получше. Но там не будет такого простора. В общем, кому что нужно. И кому что по деньгам.

Современные боеголовки практически все термоядерные и большая часть энергии взрыва у них от реакции синтеза, а не деления. Но инициирующий ядерный заряд небольшой мощности в бомбе всё-равно присутствует и фонить сразу после взрыва всё-равно будет мама не горюй. Но относительно недолго. Так что полгода в бункере вполне хватит переждать пик радиации. Но через полгода выходить его обитателям придётся в разгар ядерной зимы.

Электричеством проблема, много дизеля не успеешь, если только бензоколонках зарывать цистерну. Для одного хватит смотреть года на три, дальше крути педали на велосипеде 😂Самая проблема с воздухом,для очистки надо дохрена чего,бункер покрывают свинцовым покрытием радиация не проникала, любая микротрещина ты бункере умрёшь с большую с кашлем 1-2 года.
This is great if you have that kind of money available to have one put in. But it only serves a purpose if the event that you need it for doesn't happen close to where your bunker is. Also, if you spend most of your time nearby, to be able to get to it if you need it. Make sure the doors and vents are well hidden. All you need is for the vents to be blocked and there is no air to breathe. I was thinking that an escape hatch might be a good idea too. Is there an underground garage for your vehicle to hide in?
Energy signals and shock waves travel linear until there is something to bounce off of. This would 100% work as long as it wasnt a ground impact close by.

I did not see a floor drain in the decon room where the shower is, meaning the contaminated material that is washed off will just lay on the floor of that room.
I am not an expert in bunkers, but I think the deeper they are buried the better they are. However there is the problem with air ventilation.

Radioactive dust requires that storage fully stocked with air filters.
If I had money to burn, I would probably have one installed, more for a safe room or natural disaster rather than a nuclear bunker. However, if there was a nuclear war or big mistake, of course I’d run for the bunker as it’s human nature to seek safety and life. I believe there is a chance you could survive the fallout and nuclear winter with the proper equipment, protection and sufficient supplies to last a very long time. However, the question is, would you want to survive?

I think it's a matter of 'how long' instead of 'if'. I'm more than happy to outlast say 99% of humanity in such an event but I'll not expect to live out my maximum life expectancy since you cannot take it for granted that those generators, heaters and plumbing will stand for more than a few years at best and once that happens, there'll be a plumber or electrician nearby who can fix it without demanding half of your living space and food reserves.
Out of curiosity, what's to stop someone from putting plastic over the air vent system and padlocking the front door until all the air is used up in about 24-48 hours and then taking over the shelter for themselves?

На моем заводе 74г. Обычное Бомбоубежище значительно круче этого бункера от ядерной войны 😂 . Главное сеточки на воздуха поставить от крыс и мышей 😂 тогда можно смело консервацию оставлять с овощами 😂.

Самое смешное то, что если захочется такой фигней заняться (построить для себя бомбоубежище), то окажется что по закону (в РФ) нельзя. И фильтра нормальные не купить - ибо двойное назначение и т.п., продаются только через мутные конторки.

Фильтра думаю тоже не так просто купить , товар очень очень специфический , проще наверно где то договорится снять б.у. В общем демократия в всей красе )
@@qwerty-pe3vs , обычно якобы с хранения продают или условно аналоги. Настоящие новые вроде содержат платину. Захочешь новый купить попадешь в прицел фсб.
@@altairiusx6286насчёт системы очистки воздуха вы не правы,можно купить промышленные системы которые на порядок лучше зарубежных.....уж что что а системы очистки воздуха РФ умела и умеет производить
@@user-vf6tw2gj8v , обычные промышленные системы очистки воздуха бесполезны в данном случае. Нужны специальные фильтра что-то типа ФП-300. А так да, промышленность выпускает обычные системы фильтрации которые не хуже импортных, но они как правило не для бункеров.

Just a word of caution: If you want to buy or build your own bunker ya MUST solve the steel/galvanized steel problem. That means casing, handles, hinges....
If these exist anyone can easily ( including those 50 ton blast doors) get in for under 10-20 bucks.
All they have to do is pour salt on/over/around the area and spritz water on the salt and do this multiple times then in about 2 weeks ya have free reign in the place.
Spend thousands, hundreds of thousands and even millions of dollars but be "GOT" by under 20 bucks!
If I was Rich I would have one of this under my home just for fun.

Я думаю толщина стен должна быть намного больше, к тому же весь бункер должен быть герметичным и закопан глубже, ну и еще момент с фильтрацией подачи воздуха исклжчающей радиоактивные изотопы.
При соблюдении всего выше перечисленного быть может будет шанс выжить, а на видео какая-то будка.
если эта будка в 100-200 км от потенциальных целей, то вполне норм.
Тогда надо ещё большой ангар для запасов еды и воды. Или скважину с водой бурить. Тогда можно 1-2 года переждать и выжить.

Будет ли реальный толк при таком мелком заглублении? если долбанет то от ударной волны и поможет но от радиации нет. От прямого попадания не то что ядерной но и обычной авиабомбы не спасет. И нет зоны дезактивации и не показана зона очистки воздуха и прочее. Так что это не бункер на случай ядерной войны и просто убежище типа тайной комнаты в доме - только тут тайный дом под домом)) Вещь действительно интересная но только для ребятни чтобы полазить да в прятки поиграть))

It's actually genius. The best business to own is one that attracts the rich n if you can play the must have survival card you can get them to over pay n then you could afford one but my guess is the guys building it knows there pretty pointless.
Nukes today are hydrogen bombs so much bigger explosion with the same amount of radiation so basically back in the day ppl figured dozens of nukes would target a single city where a hydrogen bomb could just be 1 so essentially way less radiation in modern nuclear war as the GIANT fireball is way more of worry n two the vast majority of attacks would be an airburst which is even less radiation. There's a reason Hiroshima n Nagasaki barely had any fallout. Fallout shelters or nuclear bunkers unless their military grade are pretty much pointless.

Could have placed those boxes on pillars and then the people living in them could have chosen to make more space of they needed by just making a door through the floor. . I'm sure no inspector will choose to battle all the radroaches just to come make sure you allowed to secretly dig under your secret bunker to make more secret water storage space or even ones own pvt shooting range :p
The air tightness of the frame should be tested when the metal frame is completely assembled. The bolt connection is not enough and these bunkers have been ruined because water has entered the bunker through the connections. Proper welding at the joints, so water stays out of the bunker.
Не защитит. Нужно километр в глубину, плюс система вентиляции,поддержания температуоы, влажностм, водоснабжения,электроснабжение, утилизации отходов и склады с провизией лет на 50. А это точно не 400 тыс. А раз в миллион больше. 😊
километр в глубину то зачем? Это только на случай прямого попадания боеголовки имеет смысл. Сомнительно что наши доблестные РВСН в случае чего решат всадить боеголовку персонально этому американцу в задний двор. Есть куда более жирные цели.

I understand that try to create an escape from possible catastrophe makes sense but I wonder if you can live underground for at least 50 years and what kind of world you will be in after the fallout. also there is the fact that you won't be able to get in on time.
BTW for this to work it needs a lot more space for you to plant food and circulate water and ar.
I would love to have this shelter for my family. I would want at minimum 3 months of food and water inside though. Because this rabbit would stay in her hole for as long as possible after a nuclear bomb went off near her. So minimum 3 months prefer 6months.
