Here is what OP should if husband refuses couple's counseling/therapy:
Step 1: Make sure you have a place to go away from husband. Take yours n kid's stuff there.
Step 2: Get a paternity test. Only reason someone asks for these is ptsd from past relationship or he cheated himself.
Step 3:Divorce that POS
Step 4: Leave that POS for good
