Why ARD and ZDF have two different Mittagsmagazin ?

They take turns every week and are broadcasted on both channels. Only since this year they share the same studio as well.

@@IntroCollector Only difference in the MiMa's - that ARD Mittagsmagazin was broadcast from Munich (Bayerischer Rundfunk), ZDF version - from it's broadcast centre in Mainz
