Its been 4 years, but for the future confused people, this project is about the construction of a virtual identity. It uses a Kinect I believe to track people and assign random tags from social media metadata to kinda propose a new identity to the person interacting and giving a way of relieve about their own. From the artist "This installation creates luminous clones, exposing these parallel realities as it replicates the body movement of visitors. As the visitor moves through the installation space, personal data mined from internet profiles is randomly tagged onto the alternate, technologically refracted form of the body, revealing the second self while simultaneously allowing us escape from it."
What is this ? Can anyone explain? BTW the website doesn't work!
Idk :( want to know it too
