- Hello all you lovely people out there! Today I have my latest big cinematic on the legendary 'wooden wonder' the De havilland Mosquito. In a faithful recreation of the finale from the 1964 film 633 Squadron where the mosquitos face certain annihilation trying to bury a German V-2 Rocket fuel Plant buried deep in a Norweign fjord. You can't kill a squadron...Enjoy!

Good try but someone doesn't really understand just what marvels the Mozzies really were.
Two men, a bomb load that equalled a B 17 flying Fortress, long range and for much of the war, the fasted 'plane at any altitude, also the most versatile.
Something like 1 Mozzie was lost per 2250 missions so also the safest bomber of WW 2, for the crews that is, not so safe for those on the receiving end of a Mozzie's attention.
God bless the people who designed, built, maintained and flew those war winning Mozzies.
The star of the show is the mosquito, twin merlins the krauts hated em,low level death,master of all jobs
Particularly the Gestapo. The mosquito squadrons became particularly adept at targeting this particular Nazi organisation
