- Demolition of the "Mystery House" 745 W. Harding Way Stockton California. Demolished by the City Government on Wednesday June 13th 2018. After the City of Stockton placed fines of hundreds of thousands of dollars on the property owners.
It appeared that it had already been gutted. Notice there are no signs of wallboard or plaster on interior walls at 30:29. Someone might have started to rehab the place and ran out of money
According to one local news story on this house, it was never occupied. It was “under construction” for 20 years. Nothing was done to keep the place in decent shape. The carpenters who worked on the house were family members, not professionals. Neighbors for years complained about the place as an eyesore driving down neighborhood property values and attracting squatters.

I think it looked pretty good all be it looking somewhat run down most housing in the uk after 20 years look like thay are going to fall apart this hous don't look to bad considering it sat for 20 years with no up keep

I know how much a city building department can screw with you when you're trying your best to comply with their rules the city of St Charles screwed with me for four months and kept changing the rules on me until I finally got Fed up with their bullshit
