I love that you're so in love with God. I'm so in love with Jesus and the journey He has designed for my life. I'm living in Canada and attend APC in Pickering Ontario. I was just telling someone today that God does separate us when we are designed to be examples of Him. As we desire to draw closer to Him, He draws us closer and removes us from those that are not designed for our elevation in Him. So never be concerned about that, stay focused as He is with you and for You. Stay blessed!

When you have toddlers and elementary school children you tend to focus on your family. You work, pick up kids, homework, making dinner and church on Sunday. You put yourself on the back burner. This is normal and happens to the best of us. Don’t worry it’s only temporary kids grow up and you can focus more on yourself.

You look absolutely great and I adore your products….it’s great to know that you have the support of your husband with your business. too put on about 20 pounds since Covid…like you it shows up in my face. Covid disrupted my workout routine, plus I separated from my husband and had to sell our coop and buy a new one. Life has been full of changes. I really would follow your weight loss journey too ❤

I just had a baby boy at 39/40 and it’s been a lot easier than the parenting process with my older two (15 & 8.) The routine just fell into place and we pretty much know how to maintain scheduling like it’s second nature. Honestly if its Gods will just ask and trust his promises….

Eating, exercising in a way that supports hormonal fluctuation through the cycle really helps. If you can, get your hands on a book called "Happy Hormones" by Shannon leparski". It's so good👌🏾 a complete guide.
