The anouncer said there was no knife under none of the cups. So the player would have to go upstairs to get the "model" knife and get to stab it by himself - what would crearly go beyond the rules of the game so he would get neither any kind of refound, nor his life being treated by proffesionals.
When he get to the hospital the scene would be a play of "Squid Game" episode 2 when all captive escape and the protagonist tells the police officer that amazing story worth a nobel price but yet completely unbelivable.
And so the hospital would be like "Give me all the money you earned so we could perform the surgery on you" or maybe "We can't run the surgery on you at this moment, dear. Come again next time"
