We talked about making actual IanPat camo, but I wasn't really sure that Varusteleka would have the hutzpah to actually do it...but they did! And it's actually real! They made a whole order of custom IanPat camo material and made it into L4 Field Jackets, L4 Combat Pants, and Boonie Hats. With all the same excellent features of their regular kit, these are hilarious...and actually really good kit. Heck, it even works well as camouflage!

This being Varusteleka, you're almost certainly right. I can imagine occasional batch sent along the 155 mm shells shipment to another Russia-bordering country as a care package, perhaps sale at a cost-of-manufacture through some nice volunteer initiative on August 24th.

Turns out, IanPAT is one of the best camos out there, as it truly distorts what the viewer is seeing. "What am I looking at?" is one of the best things a camo can do, and this camo pattern makes me ask that question every time I look at it.

Honestly, it's pretty in-line with the price of high quality gear, plus for the meme factor, I think it's pretty fairly priced.

To someone used to those prices, or is used to getting that type of gear regularly yeah it may be a fair price. But to someone like me who doesn't get stuff like that regularly, or just doesn't have that type of money to throw towards that stuff it's a bit much. I'll probably get the hat, but I won't be able to justify both the pants and jacket to my bank account.
