This is the first test footage using my Elgato 4K X which I purchased just to capture this beautiful game. I'm still working on my video and audio quality. Hope you enjoy it!

This is actually incredibly impressive. I swear, this is gonna be one of the "great filters" of the year, so many people are gonna be seething. I played it on Normal, ran through everything, definitely had a LOT of trouble, but not as much as I was expecting, initially I had frequent deaths, but the Parry timing skill (2 skill points) completely changed that. I got used to using it a lot, then suddenly I started getting the groove a lot better. Decided to start over again and suddenly my timing was like, way better, jumped into the training a bit, and after a bit of work, it was a breeze. Challenge boss had me on my toes, barely survived on my win. I definitely think when the game releases and you progress through learning the mechanics more naturally, it'll definitely help the learning curve, but there's an actual skill gap that can completely change the way you play.
lol? The demo wasn't hard in the least. The game overall doesn't look that challenging to begin with.
One thing I hope they add to the Training Mode is the option to choose your enemy. Getting to practice against any specific Natibya you're struggling againstvwill be a big help.
@@teamvlcn6820 Here's a neat thing, I don't know if this will be across all enemies, but in the Training, depending on what skill you highlight before you enter it, there will be different enemy types. I fought an enemy that wasn't anywhere in the Demo.
Mind you, you have to unlock the prerequisite skill to see this as you can't "Train" a skill that you can't unlock.
I do agree though, but I also think due to backtracking, and very good checkpoints/camp spots, it'll be pretty easy to find specific enemies in locations. It's rare we find a souls-like with this option, but it's nice that it's there.
(Bayonetta 2 had zero choice in what enemy you fought in Training. Bayonetta 3 gave you a 2 options because of the added heavier class of enemies. Nioh, Nioh 2, Sekiro (from my understanding), Bloodborne, Code Vein, yada yada, all of them don't have Training modes, so Stellar Blade is an anomaly in this respect.)

I love the balance of the defense and offence in this game. You don't have to parry everything if you have a move that will knock them out of the attack animation. Its not too rigid.

Yes, good eye! The beta skills have stun properties so you can interrupt enemy unblockable/special attacks.

Yes, that's right! It's called Reflection 1, you hold square after a perfect dodge. It increases attack speed briefly.

Hmm well, if I had an incredible upload speed I could possibly output this same quality live. I can try, but I think I'll be sticking to 1440p in the long run for livestreams

@@halfwaytillbliss I watched your 2 hour long overview of all the stuff in the skill tree, now I understand that it's because the kick has a stun value, I wonder if it is possible to kick Abaddon off the air during it's first charge up
Wow thank you for watching! And I'm not sure since that transition phase usually means the boss is invincible. When they switch phases at 60% health, nothing affects them in my experience (including items). But I've also never researched shield breaker in the campaign

LMAO you know, it's funny but I think very possible because of how good the haptics are. For example, you can feel rain drops and you can feel if EVE is walking through puddles of water, so if you're blindfolded there's more queues than just sound
When the game release, make every boss whit no damage, love to se you play
