Today, I will bring you to the Far East. Many say this place is very ulu. Some say this place the bird can’t even lay the golden eggs. Some say this place cannot make it and will lose money big time. I am always curious. Is that really true?

In the last 10 years. Prices have already up...what make u think prices will go down in the future? Unless a recession or sort. Then all will be affected

good for prison officers, pilots, air stewardess, airport staff, those who work at aviation park, loyang industrial area. i think eden at tampines is a better buy. just 500m away but connectivity is far superior.
I was looking around that area too. Eden at Tampines really more ideal in terms of accessibility and amenities. The condo there looks well maintained too.
Does the prison nearby affect the property value and profitability.
Not bad. Gd profit. This shows that even if with limited budget. Can still profit with Pty. Important is entry price I think.
The most impt thing is when is the right time to enter. Back then. Many even overlook this location as well the prices for sure.
How about Kassia? Worth investing?
