Victor Davis Hanson is an American classicist, military historian, columnist, and farmer. He has been a commentator on contemporary politics for the National Review and The Washington Times and is currently the Martin and Illie Anderson Senior Fellow at Stanford University’s Hoover Institution.
In addition to writing hundreds of articles, book reviews and newspaper editorials, Hanson is also the author of twenty-four books and hosts a regular podcast series, 'The Victor Davis Hanson Show'. Hanson was awarded the National Humanities Medal in 2007 by President George W. Bush, and was a presidential appointee in 2007-08 on the American Battle Monuments Commission. His latest book, The Dying Citizen, was published in October 2021. And his next book, soon to be released on May the 7th this year, The End of Everything, How Wars Descend Into Annihilation.

It's not just power and greed. There's a religion behind all of this. The religion of the elites can be found in freemasonry. Some call it luciferianism, some call it satanism.
I don't know what call it. But it's a major factor behind the motivations of the elites and their big agenda.
They don't just want to change it, they are changing it.
In a way, I feel sorry for the elites.
They will never know the feeling of touching a tree, caring for it, and learning how it grows. To sweat and work hard until your muscles hurt, but to look up and see the result of the beauty you've created in your little garden. Every time he speaks about a topic, he gives such a clear, contextual and truthful meaning to it so that the listener can grasp the whole reality of any scenario he speaks about. Don't get professors like that anymore, such integrity. Hats off to you sir. What a gentleman.
I remember fifteen or so years ago, when I first heard of WEF, I was struck by their need for secrecy. Reporters wanted to cover the Davos goings on, but, the were strictly prohibited then as now from any kind of coverage. Why should it matter when heads of state, PM, Presidents, Ceo's of the largest banks, industries, pharmaceutical companies and cultural giants meet yearly to coordinate commerce and to talk. True they did talk business, but the secrecy was necessary because what these "people" were planning and implementing was so repulsive and radical, that secrecy was paramount. They have their own private police force during the conclave to harass and detain. There are lists of past attendees and it's quite eye opening and to me concerning.
Add to that the love of glory and the drug of access to the levers of power. Power most importantly, as Thomas Powell so aptly titled one his books Visions of the anointed.

About 15 years ago there was a mention on Irish news of a book written by an American writer. The gist of the book was that when people make a lot of money it is never enough for them. They start to look down upon and treat with disrespect those that have less than them. I observed this with people I worked for who had come from nothing and made a few million. So you can imagine what it is like for those people who have made billions. If you know of this book can you tell me because I regret I never wrote down the name or writer.

As an Australian I am very pleased to see John Anderson involved in these programs. He was a very competent and decent politician here and is sorely missed on the conservative side.
It's important to see that it's no longer the case that people need to be deprived of just money. Now is that they'll be deprived of their time. That's why social media and so much entertainment are given unfettered ability to disrupt people from policy engagement.
So what happens is people are withdrawn from their duty to participate in governmental policy creation., and it's left to people who have a lot of time and money - the elites and corporations.
